Throughout my life my father always closed his letters and emails with a P.S. These snippets of advice helped me face life’s challenges with courage, hope, and sense of levity. I hope your sons and daughters can gain the same benefits through my Dad's light-hearted and pertinent advice. This book tells my story as I faced the challenges and changes of growing up and the advice my dad gave me.

This book is very entertaining and a good read.It is about a family, and a girl whose father sent her off everyday into the world with a small piece of advice. Mixed in with appropriate short-story memoirs, each story illustrates and goes along with a P.S.
There are great tidbits of advice that anyone can use despite their age or circumstance about living, growing and being the best person you can be.
I also loved the zucchini recipe in the back-- I made it and it was delicious! It will become a regular.
This is a book you can read again and again and still learn something.
I hope there is more from this author in the future!

P.S. from Dad is a perfect read for a young girl trying to find her way in a sea of confusion. This short autobiography tackles many tough topics encountered in school, at home and with friends. Using wise words from her father and short quotes from various famous literary legends, the author does an excellent job conveying her small story in a manner that is informative, interesting and inspiring. Pick up a copy and see for yourself. You won't regret it. Congratulations Ms. Ashe on a job well done.
It's great! great! great! I got insight into this young author's life growing up. I'll be waiting for book number two.
The author touches on the pain and lessons of growing up and finding her way. "P.S. From Dad" inspires others making the same journey to "live with passion and learn with passion." Take time to listen to your parents advice, but make your own choices. Great job! Only wish there were more....
I totally enjoyed this book. I think all parents and their teens should read this together. We all need those little P.S.'s to encourage others and to be encouraged to live life to its fullest.
Couldn't wait to get to the next vignette to see how this young lady was applying her life's lessons. A great book for adolescents, young adults, and their parents alike!
